• Venue: 

The Conservatory at Briar’s is an all-inclusive venue. Our Ceremony, Canapé’s and Reception will all be held on the ground. Address: 653 Moss Vale Rd, Burradoo

A tavern is located on site, if you would like a convenient dinner the night before the wedding. Located in Bowral, there are plenty of sights and activities to enjoy. We personally love op-shopping along the main street, visiting centennial vineyards and the award winning bakery, Gumnut Patisserie.

• Accommodation:

The Conservatory has on-site accommodation available for your convenience. Consisting of 31 well-appointed rooms, each sleeping up to four adults and includes a recovery breakfast the following morning. You have the option to book for either one or two nights, however please note that check in is at 2pm, and Briar’s cannot guarantee early check in on the day of the wedding. 

To book in, you will need to call Briars country lodge reception and book directly with them. Please ensure you quote our wedding date of 28/06/25, the last names of Waller and Elvery, and advise that rooms have been held for the event.

Our wedding is family focused, so all children are invited! Under 4’s can have their own food supplied by parents.
